For an existing request, include your request reference when emailing so we can find it.

Remote tuning requests

Use the tuning request form to choose a scheduled session or Rapid-Tune, provide your laptop and J1939 device details, and enter your session information.

Enter TeamViewer connection details only in the dedicated fields in the tuning request form. Keep passwords out of email and general notes.

Help us review your setup

For a new tuning inquiry, include the installed Cummins engine, ECM information when known, current tuning or modifications, and the connection equipment you own. Use the request checklist to organize those details. If an item is unknown, identify it as unknown rather than guessing.

Our tuning scope covers Cummins heavy-duty trucks. Pickups and light-duty applications are excluded. See the compatibility and support page for the confirmed ECM families and truck makes.

Questions about an existing request

Include the saved request reference and explain what you need clarified or changed. Identify whether the question concerns custom tuning, a remote session, an AA3 device, a connection cable or the hardware shipping quote.

A saved request is awaiting review; it is not a paid order or a guaranteed appointment. Refer to the confirmed quote and session arrangements for the next steps. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or TeamViewer credentials in general inquiry or request notes.

Service inquiries are accepted from the US, Canada and UK. Hardware delivery is confirmed for the US and Canada; UK hardware delivery needs separate confirmation.

EZ LYNK HD service timing

EZ LYNK HD tunes have a one-hour turnaround once all three requirements are met: payment has been verified, all required customer information has been submitted, and the truck is LYNKed. This timing applies Monday through Friday, 9am to 9pm, Mountain time (Edmonton, Alberta). Saving a request alone does not LYNK your truck.

Stock files

Stock files are supplied with the tunes if you want to return to stock. Include your request or order reference when asking us for the appropriate file and next steps.
