HD 9-Pin Adapter for EZ LYNK Auto Agent 3
The HD 9-pin adapter offered by HDTruckTunes is for EZ LYNK Auto Agent 3 only. Request the cable with your truck and connector details so we can review the connection before confirming your order.
Check the device generation and truck connector
Start with the exact Auto Agent generation you own. This cable is not advertised for Auto Agent 1 or 2. Then identify the diagnostic connector on the truck and share its details. If you are uncertain, provide a clear connector photo for review rather than assuming fitment from the truck badge or the words 9-pin.
Include the installed Cummins engine and ECM information when available. Mechanical connector fit and suitability for your requested tuning method are separate questions; the engine, ECM and complete connection setup still require review.

What a cable request includes
A cable-only request is for the adapter hardware. It does not include an AA3 device, a tuning file or a tuning-related LYNK option. If you already own an AA3 and need custom tuning, include the existing device, cable needs and tuning together in your request. The quote lists the relevant charges without adding a duplicate AA3.
For tuning through EZ LYNK, read the Cummins HD tuning page. The cable should not be selected as a substitute for a reviewed remote laptop/J1939 setup.
Cable shipping is quoted before payment
Hardware shipping is confirmed for the US and Canada. A cable-only purchase has shipping for the purchased cable; it does not require shipping an AA3 that you already own. If a new AA3 and cable are fulfilled together from the same origin, they can be packed together, with the shipment confirmed in the quote.
Include your destination when preparing the request. Shipping is confirmed separately before payment. UK hardware delivery needs separate confirmation. Digital tuning alone does not create a cable or device shipping charge.

Will this work with Auto Agent 2?
The supplied HD 9-pin adapter is offered for AA3 only. Do not select it for another generation without separately confirming a suitable connection.
Is a 9-pin truck connector enough to confirm tuning support?
No. Connector details help review the cable, but tuning also depends on the installed Cummins engine, ECM, current setup and method.
Can I request just the cable?
Yes. Select the cable item and share your AA3 and truck connector details. Your quote confirms the cable and its shipping before payment; tuning and tuning-related LYNK fees are not added to a cable-only request.
