Which trucks does this Cummins HD service cover?

We support Cummins HD ECM families CM870, CM871, CM875, CM2150, CM2250, CM2350, and CM2450. Your installed engine, ECM, calibration, setup, and tuning method still need review. Pickup and light-duty tuning are outside this service.

Who creates your tuning files?

HDTruckTunes creates every custom tuning file in house. We use our own files, built for your truck, modifications, and tuning goals. We never use anyone else’s tuning files.

What does the VIN lookup fill in?

Available NHTSA factory details can include year, make, model, and engine information. VIN records vary. Confirm the details and add engine serial number, current tuning, and truck modifications yourself. VIN lookup does not confirm compatibility.

When will I pay or receive hardware?

Send your request for review first. We confirm compatibility, final pricing, availability, and any hardware shipping quote before payment or fulfillment. Hardware shipping is confirmed for the United States and Canada. This form does not collect payment.

Will the 9-pin adapter fit my setup?

The adapter offered here is for Auto Agent 3 and supported 9-pin diagnostic ports. Tell us your diagnostic connector and current Auto Agent version so we can review fitment.
